The challenge.
Forma was spreading a modest media budget across too many channels. Beautiful creative was reaching people, but the team could not see which placements supported genuine buying intent.
The challenge was to build a plan that balanced discovery with demand, while making measurement understandable enough to inform everyday decisions.
The approach.
Map the buying moments
We explored how shoppers moved from inspiration to consideration, distinguishing the channels that introduced the brand from those that helped close a decision.
Give every placement a job
The plan concentrated spend around a small set of complementary channels. Each had a clear audience, creative format, budget, and success measure.
Make the learning usable
A shared reporting rhythm connected spend to outcomes. Budget moved only when there was enough evidence, rather than reacting to the loudest daily metric.
